How to Use:
Organic Coconut Flour is a great substitute for wheat flour in gluten-free baking. It absorbs more liquid than other flours, so when substituting, use a quarter of the amount called for in your recipe and increase the liquid accordingly. Perfect for making pancakes, bread, cakes, or even thickening sauces and smoothies.
Quick Recipe – Coconut Pancakes:
• 1/4 cup Organic Coconut Flour
• 3 eggs
• 1/4 cup milk or plant-based milk
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Cook on a medium-hot skillet until golden brown. Enjoy with fresh fruit or a drizzle of maple syrup.
