How to redeem your points? 
To redeem points through the website, customers need to log into the rewards panel on our site (bottom right) and click on “Ways to redeem.” If they have enough points for a fixed amount reward, they’ll see a “Redeem” button. For incremental rewards, they’ll use a slider to choose the number of points to spend before clicking “Redeem.” They’ll then receive a coupon code, which can be automatically applied to their checkout, and the code will also be saved in the “Your Rewards” section of the rewards panel. Points are not refunded if a reward is redeemed but not used, unless it expires.
