How to Use

Fold the cup and insert into the vaginal canal. The cup will open and form a seal to prevent leaks. Wear for up to 8 hours, then remove, empty, rinse, and reinsert. At the end of your cycle, sterilise using the included case: add water, heat in the microwave, and the cup is ready in minutes.
