Organic tamari sauce is a gluten-free soy sauce, which is almost identical in flavour to traditional soy sauce. It is made from naturally fermented organic soybeans. The natural fermentation process allows the tamari to develop its own rich, deep flavours. Its natural salty flavour compliments Asian dishes, stir fries and dressings.

How to use:
Use organic tamari wherever you would usually use soy sauce. Mix through gravies, sauces and casseroles. Use as a marinade and in stir-fry dishes.
