Ingredients: Rice Malt Syrup, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Ginger, Black Tea, Cardamom, Turmeric, Aniseed, Peppercorn, Clove& Salt.

Chai-Spiced Banana Bread
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups of plain flour
- 1/2 cup wet sticky chai blend
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 4x8-inch loaf pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas with melted butter.
3. Stir in baking soda and salt. Add sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
4. Fold in flour and wet sticky chai blend until combined. Don't overmix.
5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
6. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Let cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
Storage: Store it in a cool, dry place below 18°C, away from light to maintain its aromatic essence.
