St David's Dairy Unsalted Cultured Butter is hand-crafted in small quantities with fresh pure cream and live cultures which results in a bright flavour, luscious body and silky texture. 

This melt in your mouth, full bodied cultured butter has been awarded Gold at the 2019 Dairy Industry Association of Australia (DIAA) Victorian Dairy awards, and also Gold at the 2018 Sydney Royal Cheese and Dairy Produce Show and at the 2018 Australian Food Awards.

As with everything in our store get as much or as little as you like. 


How to select your packaging: 

For local delivery you can purchase a new jar or we can pick up your empty jar to sanitise and reuse. Please note you can only exchange Gram jars. 

For click and collect please select either I am refilling my jar in store or I will buy a jar.

Cultured Butter Herb Roasted Potatoes


Quick Instructions:

  1. Preheat: Oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Season: Toss potatoes with melted cultured butter, garlic, dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast: Spread potatoes on a baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and tender, stirring halfway.
  4. Serve: Optional, garnish with dried parsley before serving.
