Protein Pancakes with Isolated Soy Protein
Ingredients:
1 scoop (about 25g) of Isolated Soy Protein Powder
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
1 ripe banana
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
A pinch of salt
Coconut oil or cooking spray for the pan
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the rolled oats and Isolated Soy Protein Powder. Blend until the oats are finely ground.
Add the banana, almond milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with coconut oil or cooking spray.
Pour small portions of the batter onto the pan to form pancakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings, such as fresh fruit, nut butter, or a drizzle of maple syrup.
