Organic quinoa flour with a mild nutty flavour is ideal for making pancakes and biscuits, or can be used as a substitute in recipes with other gluten-rich flours for breads and cakes. Quinoa flour absorbs more moisture and may require additional liquid when using it in recipes.

How to use:

Organic Quinoa flour is an ideal alternative to wheat flour in baking recipes, as it can replace up to half the wheat flour. And when used without gluten-flour, adding 1 tsp. of vinegar per 4 cups of flour will help your dough rise. Quinoa flour is also a superb choice for making delicious cakes, biscuits, pancakes, crisp pizza bases and homemade pasta. For maximum freshness, refrigerate after opening.
