3-Tiered Caramel Popcorn Cake
Ingredients:
3 cake layers (pre-made or store-bought; choose your favorite flavor)
2 cups frosting (buttercream, chocolate, or cream cheese)
2 cups caramel popcorn
1/2 cup roasted peanuts (optional)
Caramel sauce (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions:
Assemble the Layers: Place the first cake layer on a serving plate and spread a generous amount of frosting on top. Repeat with the second and third layers, stacking them carefully.
Frost the Cake: Use the remaining frosting to coat the sides and top of the cake. Smooth it out with a spatula.
Decorate: Gently press caramel popcorn around the sides and on top of the cake. If desired, mix in roasted peanuts for a crunchy twist.
Finish with a Drizzle: For an extra indulgent touch, drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
