Bulghur / Bulgur
Burghul, widely recognised as bulgur wheat, is a nutritious, high-fiber whole grain that is a cornerstone of Middle Eastern cuisine. Renowned for its versatility, it can seamlessly integrate into a variety of dishes.
Whether tossed in refreshing salads, served as a hearty side, or used as a base in pilafs, burghul offers a delightful texture and nutty flavor. Easy to prepare, it cooks in just 10 minutes or can be soaked for a firmer texture.

- 1 cucumber, finely diced
- 2 bunches of fresh parsley, finely chopped

3. Add the tomatoes, cucumber, and parsley to the burghul.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
