Brown Mustard Seeds

Brown mustard seeds are a reddish-brown colour when dried with a pungent flavour. They have a piquant, spicy flavour and aroma.

How are they different from the yellow version? They are considerably hotter! Brown mustard seeds are substituted for the hard-to-find black mustard seeds.
