These eggs are certified “Pastured” or “Pasture Raised” by PROOF, ensuring a higher standard of care than typical “Free Range” guidelines. Here’s what sets these eggs apart:
• Lower Stocking Rate: With only 94 hens per hectare, our chooks enjoy plenty of space to roam and forage.
• Comfort and Shelter: More space to perch at night and ample shelter from the elements.
• Optimal Living Conditions: More room for laying eggs and easier access to water and feed.
• Strict Standards: The farm undergoes regular audits to maintain high standards.

Herb Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 tablespoon almond milk or any dairy-free milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon olive oil or coconut oil
A pinch of fresh herbs (like chives, parsley, or basil), chopped
Instructions:
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the almond milk, and whisk until well combined and slightly frothy.
Heat the olive oil or coconut oil in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.
Pour in the eggs and let them sit for a few seconds until the edges begin to set.
Gently stir with a spatula, folding the eggs as they cook, and sprinkle in the fresh herbs for added flavor.
Season with salt and pepper, then serve the light, herbaceous scrambled eggs immediately for a satisfying dairy-free breakfast.
