I would like to review this product but I still haven't received it and it has been 20 days (and counting) since I ordered! Hence the 1 star review.

I completely understand how frustrating it must be to not receive your order as expected, this is also something as a business is not ideal for us. We are tracking closely where your order is. The courier, which is seperate to our business, has flagged the delay and is also investigating where your parcel is.
