Bay Leaves
Bay Leaves
Gram's Bay Leaves are whole, large, dried, and flavoursome. Bay leaves or also known as bay laurel when added to cooking give off a pleasant and sweet aroma. The dried bay leaf is strongly aromatic with notes of floral and somewhat similar to oregano and thyme.
How to use:
Dried Bay Leaves are used in a variety of dishes such as Indian, Asian and Mediterranean cuisine. Use bay leaves by infusing into the dish during cooking and then remove before serving.
For fun:
Try infusing fresh bay leaves in a bottle of rum to use later in desserts and cocktails.
