400g pasta of your choice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
400g ripe tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon Dried Basil Leaves
Salt and pepper, to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add diced tomatoes to the pan, stirring until they soften and release their juices.
