Recipe & Usage

Glacè Ginger Spiced Muffins

These easy, delicious muffins are a perfect treat, with a sweet-spicy kick from Glacè Ginger!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup Glacè Ginger, chopped

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
2. Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, and salt) in a bowl.
3. In another bowl, whisk wet ingredients (butter, milk, egg, and vanilla).
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in Glacè Ginger.
5. Spoon the batter into muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
6. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
