Astragalus Root Powder - Organic

Astragalus root is known for its use in traditional Chinese medicine. People often will use Astragalus root as an anti-inflammatory and for the immune system. It is also known to help support overall healthy ageing, well-being and longevity. 

How to use:

Add 1 teaspoon of powder to a cup or bowl, combine with a small amount of boiled water. Stir to a paste, top up with more hot water to make a tea. Alternatively you can place in a smoothie or warm drink of choice. Astragalus is used as herbal medicine, it is important you check with your healthcare provider before supplementing.
