Homemade Chocolate-Covered Raisins
Ingredients:
1 cup Australian Seeded Raisins
150g dark chocolate (or your preferred type)
1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoothness)
Instructions:
1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil (if using) in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler method) or in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted.
2. Add the raisins to the melted chocolate and stir until they are evenly coated.
3. Using a fork or slotted spoon, lift the chocolate-covered raisins and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
4. Let them set at room temperature or place the tray in the fridge for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
5. Once set, store your homemade chocolate-covered raisins in an airtight container.
