How to use:
They are delicious on their own or mixed with nuts, dried fruits, and seeds to make a delicious trail mix. Serve pistachios over porridge, yogurt, or smoothie bowls, or chopped over muesli and granola. By soaking raw pistachios in water for 12 hours and then slowly dehydrating them at a very low temperature, the nuts can be activated. If you want to make dairy-free nut butter, grind pistachios up and use them in raw food recipes. They are a delicious choice for vegans. Add pistachios to salads, stir-fries, curries, couscous and rice dishes. In addition to adding flavor to bread, muffins, cakes, and biscuits, pistachios are also delicious in traditional Biscotti.
