How to use:
In addition to being delicious on their own, Macadamias can also be combined with dried fruit and seeds to create a moreish trail mix. A mixture of finely chopped Macadamias can be added to muesli, smoothies, acai bowls, or porridge. The nuts should be activated by soaking in water for 12 hours, then slowly dehydrating at low heat until dry. If you're looking for dairy-free mixed nut milk, soak the nuts, drain, blend with 6 parts water then strain. Before blending, add some coconut flakes or cacao nibs for a little variety everyone will love. Macadamia nuts can be used to stuff fish or meat, or to crumb fish or meat. Chop nuts and sprinkle them over salads and stir-fries. Suitable addition when baking bread, muffins, cakes, and biscuits as well as in sweet or savoury recipes.
