Dried Banana Bread
Ingredients:
• 1 cup dried bananas, chopped
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Optional: 1/2 cup walnuts or chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan.
2. Soak chopped bananas in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
3. In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
4. In another bowl, mix butter, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in dried bananas and optional add-ins.
5. Pour into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes. Cool before slicing.
