Pineapple Lime and Greens Powder Gummies


- 1 Cup Pineapple – Chopped

*Fresh pineapple is preferred; however, you can use frozen pineapple, but you will need to let the mixture sit and get to room temp before adding the gelatin.

Canned pineapple can also be used, however be aware of the added sugar content in the juice.

- ½ Cup Water

- Up to 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup (skip this ingredient if you like, without if even better for your gut)

- ½ Tsp Greens Powder

*To make the Golden Gummies omit the Greens Powder

- 1 Lime – juice

- 2 Tbsp Collagen Powder

- 2 Tbsp Gelatin Powder


  1. Add the Pineapple, Water, Maple Syrup, Lime Juice and Greens Powder to a blender and blend until well combined.
  2. Pour into a heatproof pot (DO NOT turn on the heat yet)
  3. Sprinkle over the Collagen & Gelatin Powders and let it Bloom for 5 minutes

*Blooming means to let it rest untouched for 5 minutes.

  1. After it has bloomed, whisk gently until well combined, and turn on the heat to low-medium
  2. Allow the mixture to reach almost simmering and whisk often until the Gelatin has completely dissolved.
  3. Once dissolved, remove from the heat and pour into moulds, then place in the fridge to set for 2 hours.

*Gummies can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
