90 Second Chocolate Mug Cake

Chocolate Mug Cake



Makes 2 Mug Cakes



- 6 Tbsp Self-Raising Flour

- 6 Tbsp Coconut Sugar

- 2 Tbsp Cacao or Cocoa Powder

- 4 Tbsp Almond Milk

- 2 Tbsp Hazelnut Butter

- 4 Tsp Olive Oil

- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract or vanilla bean 

Chocolate Mug Cake



  1. In a small bowl sift the Flour, Coconut Sugar & Cacao Powder
  2. To the bowl, add the Almond Milk, Hazelnut Butter, Olive Oil & Vanilla Extract
  3. Mix until well combined
  4. Pour evenly into 2 Mugs until three quarters full
  5. Place 1 Mug in the Microwave for 60 seconds, then again for 30 seconds.  Then repeat with the 2ndMug.

*The time may vary slightly depending on your microwave.  The Mug Cake should be fluffy & cooked through, but still moist.

  1. Top with a sprinkling of Cacao Powder & Ice Cream
