1 cup of your favorite pancake mix
1 tablespoon Organic Green Blend
1 egg or vegan egg substitute
1/2 cup plant-based milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together the pancake mix and Organic Green Blend.
2. Add the egg, plant-based milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
4. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
