What's your skin type?

 Sensitive or sensitised skin

Your skin seems to hate everything you put on it, it's temperamental, a real pain in the butt! The key is keeping it simple with a lotion that contains a combination of humectants, occlusives, and emollients (like Gram's) to help protect and heal your skin. If your skin is angry and inflamed it's best to steer clear of most essential oils until its feeling calm and balanced. We recommend patch testing first and we are happy to arrange a sample, we also have a Dermal Therapist that will answer all your questions - just contact us here. 

Dry & dehydrated skin 

Your skin can feel tight, and flakey with the sudden appearance of fine lines. As we age or through seasonal changes skin can become dry and dehydrated. Gram's lotion includes some very important fatty acids to bring that moisture back into the skin. Choose a hydrating essential oil blend to give this moisturiser a mix of luxury and therapeutic benefits.

Oily skin types 

If you have oily skin, it may be genetic, or you may find your skin barrier needs some care, alongside some internal care (dose up on the fresh fruit, vegetables and wholegrains). Look for something to support a healthy skin barrier and balance oil flow. Choose an essential oil that is mildly astringent with antibacterial qualities.

Combination skin

You can't work your skin out! Your skin can change from week to week, month to month, from season to season, and it's not unusual for your skin to require a switch up in regime on the regular. Your skin needs a combo, we suggest grabbing a few options and choose the right lotion for the right time.

How to use: 

For face, use a pearl sized amount morning and night. You can pair with our hydrating body oil for extra hydration.
